Recreate is a charity that provides low cost materials to member groups all over Cardiff. Their 'Scrapstore' looks AWESOME. Have useful materials you would normally throw away? Ring them and they'll collect it and re-use it. Take a look at their site!
Vintage Pretty Vintage and Handmade Fair Organisers in the Cardiff area (at 10 Foot Tall bar in Cardiff Centre). Not sure, but seem to only have a Facebook page.
Milgi Lounge Wonderful club/restaurant and art venue, at 213 City Road, Cardiff, CF24 3JD, which hosts a market the first Sunday of each month for vintage & handmade items (6-8pm, setup for vendors is from 5pm). They use a warehouse behind Milgi's in the Lane. Tables there cost £3. Ring/email them for further info.
